Use with our Bring Me The Black gel liner. 
 
Directions for isolated chrome:
1. Apply one layer of matter top coat for isolated chrome and cure for 60 seconds
2. Draw your design using the Bring Me The Black liner and cure for 60 seconds. 
3. Rub chrome into the liner using a eyeshadow applicator. 
4. Use a dust brush to remove excess chrome. If chrome still remains surronding your design, use a clean eyeshadow applicator and swipe over entire nail.
